Primenove s.r.l. does not manage, does not store and has no access to this particularly confidential customer information.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but also by their very nature could, through processing or associations, allow the identification of the user. The legal basis of the processing referred to in point a) is the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party.

The legal basis of the data processing referred to in purpose c) is the Data Controller's legitimate interest in sending advertising / promotional material relating to products / services you have already purchased previously (Article 130, paragraph 4 of the Privacy Code).

Consent can be validly given and revoked with reference to one or more of the aforementioned processing purposes. The consent given may at any time be revoked in similar ways to those provided for its conferment or by exercising the rights provided for by current legislation as specified below, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the revocation.

The processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in points a) above is mandatory and necessary for the correct execution of the contract of which the interested party is a party. Any refusal, partial or total, to provide the data for these purposes will make it impossible for the owner to execute the contract.
